Tesla has officially launched the six-seater Model Y L in the U.S. market. The vehicle, dubbed the Model Y L Premium, is priced at $61,990 and comes with a range of exciting features.

The vehicle features three rows, including two captain seats in the middle row with electric armrest, ventilated and heated seats, and electric folding for better access to the third row. The third row includes electric folding and heated seats.
Availability and Deliveries
The Model Y L Premium is available only in the all-wheel drive guise, with deliveries set to begin in September this year.
Recent Sales Performance
Tesla reported its second-quarter delivery figures, which came in at 480,126 vehicles, representing a 25% year-over-year surge and a 34% growth from the first quarter. Notably, the figure widely exceeded the Wall Street estimate of 406,000.

According to investor Gary Black, Tesla’s FSD technology had a negligible impact on its sales, with heightened sales attributed to surging gas prices amid the war in Iran.
